Patient Log is an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) utility that is available on the Apple iPhone and iPad running iOS 7 and later. Patient Log can be used by medical professionals to keep track of their patients present and past. Patients can also be sent from one device to another via bluetooth or email, with PDF report file.

TIPS AND HINTS :

- To close Audio Playing form, double tap anywhere outside of the form or tap Close button.
- Hold your finger over a picture to access quick menu to annotate or save to quick list.
- In Patient List, pinch a cell to view further review of the patient. You can change pinching review info in Settings.
- When data is transferred via Bluetooth, both sender and receivers devices must wait until the transferring process is finished. On average, the whole process of a patient with 3 photos will take about 1 minute.
